A Plane to Nowhere

by Chris on February 5, 2010

I’m on a plane right now headed back from Tampa, where I had the privilege of sharing a presentation about Atlanta Insurance Live with the Agents Council for Technology. The experience was amazing! There is a group of people within the industry who have shown me continued support and I’ll be forever grateful to them for giving me the opportunity to come and speak.

Because of some bad weather the Atlanta airport is running off schedule. My plane is circling the skies waiting for it’s turn to land. I guess you can say I’m on a plane to nowhere. It’s a fitting end to a trip that has enriched my perspective. With good music in my ears, I’m enjoying this time to reflect on the last two days.

The last year has come at me like a whirlwind and at times I feel like I’ve been on my own plane to nowhere. And while there is still a lifetime of work to be done I feel that I’ve finally landed.

Just in time to catch another flight…

  • Well done, my friend. As I've watch you develop Atlanta Insurance Live over the last several months, I knew you were on to something, and I'm glad to hear it seems to be bearing fruit.

By the way, love the new blog skin.
  • Sounds like you had a great and productive time Chris. FYI - Someday I too would like to blog from 30K feet!
